1. Film yourself replicating Freddy’s dance moves to our soundtrack.
2. Post your video on your Facebook page with the hashtag #FreddyDanceChallenge and mention our Facebook page @RedPlanetHotels to make sure that Red Planet sees your entry. And don’t forget to set your post as public!
3. The video with the highest number of likes by the end of the challenge will win the main prize of a year of free nights. So, you’ll want to share your video with friends and family to get as many likes as possible!
4. Stay tuned throughout the #FreddyDanceChallenge as we announce the “Pick of the Week”, who will win two free nights at any Red Planet Hotel! Red Planet Hotels’ management will choose the weekly winner based off awesome dance moves and enthusiasm.

Terms & Conditions

1.1 Participants shall film himself/herself doing the same choreography as Freddy, post it on his/her own Facebook page, and set privacy status of such post as “public”.

1.2 Participants shall use the hashtag #FreddyDanceChallenge and mention @RedPlanetHotels in his/her Facebook post.

2.1 The Freddy Dance Challenge Contest (the “Contest”) opens from 17 December 2018 until midnight on 31 May 2019, or any other date announced by Red Planet (“Contest Period”).

2.2 Red Planet reserves the right to disqualify, without notice, (i) any entry which contains political or religious connotations or views, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence; (ii) any entry which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any way not in line with good taste and decency; or (iii) any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Selection

• 1 (one) winner per week called the “Pick of the Week” (“Weekly Winner”) during the Contest Period shall be selected by Red Planet based on the quality of the choreography, enthusiasm, and efforts made to stand out.
• Regardless of how many people are in the video, only the person who posts the video on their Facebook account will receive the winning prize. The prize is not sharable or able to be transferred to another person.
• The Weekly Winner will be announced each week.

3.2 Prize

• The Weekly Winner will receive 2 (two) free nights in any Red Planet hotel.
• The free nights are valid on 1 January 2019 and expires on 31 December 2019.
• The bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Maximum of 1 (one) room booked per stay.
• Maximum of 2 (two) persons per room.
• The prize is for accommodation only (excluding breakfast)

4.1 Selection

• Participant with the highest number of ‘likes’ on his/her video entry post that includes the hashtag #FreddyDanceChallenge and mention @RedPlanetHotels on his/her Facebook page at the end of the Contest Period, shall be the final winner (“Final Winner”).
• Regardless of how many people are in the video, only the person who posts the video on their Facebook account will receive the winning prize. The prize is not sharable or able to be transferred to another person.
• Red Planet reserves the right to evaluate the number of likes, and to disqualify any participant from the Contest if Red Planet’s, at its sole discretion, has suspicion of cheating.
• The Final Winner will be announced on Red Planet’s Facebook page after the contest ends.

4.2 Prize

• The Final Winner will receive a one-year pass of free nights to stay in any Red Planet hotels.
• The pass shall become valid for a duration of twelve months, starting from the date the Final Winner is announced on Facebook.
• The bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Maximum of 15 (fifteen) nights per each of Red Planet hotels.
• Maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights per each stay.
• Maximum of 1 (one) room booked per stay.
• For every stay, the Final Winner must be one of the guests.
• The prize is for accommodation only (excluding breakfast)

5.1 By participating in the Contest, participants assume any and all responsibilities for, and agree to indemnify Red Planet against, any claims brought forward by any third party in connection with the submitted entry. Red Planet shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, and shall reserve the right to pursue costs from the participants arising out of legal dispute in connection with the entry posted by the participants.

5.2 Upon posting an entry with the hashtag #FreddyDanceChallenge, participants are deemed to have agreed and acknowledged that their entries may be used freely by Red Planet.

5.3 Red Planet shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prizes. Red Planet shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Contest, including without limitation, any error in computing and chances, any technical breakdown or malfunctions in any computer systems or equipment, or any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest.

5.4 Acceptance of the prizes (as detailed in these Terms and Conditions) shall constitute a release and discharge of Red Planet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents by the Winner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner may have, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prizes, and (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, the prizes, and/or the use or enjoyment of the same.

5.5 The decision of Red Planet on all matters relating to the Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all participants, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person, selection of the Winner, or cancellation or suspension of the Contest. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5.7 Red Planet may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these Terms and Conditions in such manner as Red Planet shall think fit, including without limitation, the eligibility of any entrants, and any dates in connection with the Contest. Red Planet shall not, to the extent permitted by the laws, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned matters or arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Contest, or the prizes.

5.8 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Thailand and the participants in the Contest irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
