Good location

"Stayed for 3 nights in May 2017. Great location, very close to Senjo Temple and Nakamise-dōri shopping street; also near to the subway and Sumida River Boat Terminal if you want to get the water bus to Obaida Island or go on a river cruise. Sumida Park on the banks of the river has great views across to the Skytree. We didn’t go to the Skytree as we heard that the queues were long and it was expensive, we went to the Bunkyo Center instead which was free and the views were good. I would also recommend Asakusa Culture Tourist Information for views as it is close to the hotel and although only about five floors high it is free and a really nice building. Good restaurants in the area and it is quiet and seems safe – we’re not ones for nightlife so I can’t comment on that.
The hotel was clean, quiet and although the rooms were not massive I had expected them to be much smaller having read that lots of places didn’t have room for your suitcases. I would definitely stay again if we ever return to Tokyo."
