Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is at 12:00nn.

Early check–in / Late checkout will be charged accordingly.

We do allow early check-in; however, please note that it is subject to room availability at the time of your arrival and therefore cannot be fully guaranteed. If we have rooms available, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

For arrivals before 6:00 AM, an additional one-night charge will apply. For arrivals after 6:00 AM, an early check-in fee of 1,000 applies.

Alternatively, we offer complimentary luggage storage if you prefer to wait until the standard check-in time.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

(a) If you have pre-paid in full by credit card at the time of booking:

Your room will be guaranteed. Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, you cannot cancel your booking, i.e. no refund will be made. Cancellation of your reservation and/or failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your prepayment in full. Taxes and service charge will apply.
