TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

  1. GENERAL

To make a booking online, you will be required to provide certain information including your full name. The name of booking holder must match with that of the registered guest staying at the hotel. You may be required to present an original and valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in for the purpose of verifying identity.

The price of your booking and the terms upon which payment and cancellations are made will vary according to your room, booking type and other factors, and you will be notified of these terms at the time of booking.

Your booking is confirmed once we have issued a booking confirmation with a valid confirmation number, that will confirm the details of your booking, and send it to you by email.

  1. PRICE

Price includes (i) room charge; and (ii) the applicable taxes. Other hotel-specific service charges may also apply. Please check with the hotel for more details.           

Please see below the applicable tax rates for each hotel, which shall be calculated based on the room rate per night. These taxes are already included in the Price.

  1. PAYMENT

You may choose to either (a) pre-pay for your booking, in which case your credit card will be charged with the full price of the booking, on a non-refundable basis, at the time of booking; or (b) pay for your booking later, upon your arrival at the hotel.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

(a) If you have pay online in full at the time of booking:

Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, no refund will be made. Cancellation of your booking and/or failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your pre-paid amount in full. Taxes and service charge will apply.

(b) If you choose to pay later:

Your booking will be held until 14:00 for Philippines and 16:00 for Thailand on the scheduled date of arrival. If you fail to check-in by 14:00 (PH and TH), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge you for the first night, in which case the room will be immediately released and made available to other guests.

If you wish to check-in after 14:00 (local hotel time), please contact the hotel to provide your credit card details (to guarantee your booking; we will not charge yet) and avoid cancellation.

  1. CHANGES

Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, no amendments or changes to booking details (e.g. name and number of guests, number of rooms, and arrival and departure dates, etc.) can be made.

Upon receipt of booking confirmation, if you believe that any details on the booking confirmation are incorrect, you must contact us immediately. 

  1. PARKING

Free parking is only available at certain hotels. Availability is limited and is provided on a first come, first served basis. 

  1. RED MEMBER DISCOUNT

A registered RED member who makes a booking through the Red Planet Platform, i.e. www.redplanethotels.com and Red Planet mobile application, will receive exclusive benefits as follows:

(1) 10% discount on the room charge for website bookings; 15% discount on the room charge for app bookings (service charges and applicable taxes included); and

(2) 25% discount on the room charge (service charges and applicable taxes included) when staying at any Red Planet hotels during your birth month (the booking can be made before your birth month). The discount also applies to any number of consecutive nights in the month following your birth month at the same hotel, provided, that you must check-in during your birth month.

To avail these benefits, you must be the only individual using your membership account (i.e. the booking must be made in your name); and be one of the registered guests who check-in and stay at the hotel for the entire period of the booking.

You will be required to present your original and valid government-issued photo identification with the birthdate imprinted for verification upon check-in. If you fail to do so, your booking will be cancelled. Should you wish to re-book the room, the rates offered will be the prevailing rates as at time of the new booking.

  1. MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify and/or supplement these Term and Conditions of Booking at any time, in which case the new version of the Terms Conditions of Booking will be updated on the Red Planet Platform, and will automatically apply for all customers with immediate effect.

  1. PET POLICY

(1) Red Planet Hotels (selected hotels) will allocate 1 floor exclusively as a pet-friendly floor.

(2) Only 1 pet will be allowed to stay in the room.

(3) Non-refundable pet fee is collected at PHP 600.00 per night / room.

(4) Pets shall be limited only to domestic, trained dogs and cats with height not exceeding 60 centimeters (2ft), caged hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits.

(5) Dogs and cats should be fully vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvo Virus and Para Influenza.

(6) Copy of the vaccination grid and Health Certificate must be submitted prior to check-in.

(7) Pets should be healthy, clean, and well-groomed. Dogs should be leashed. Cat owners must bring their own litter box. All pets must have a pet-carrier when checking-in.

(8) All pet necessities like equipment, towels, food tray, pet carrier, food & water and the like are to be provided by the guest.

(9) Dogs must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel.

(10) Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest room.

(11) The guest accepts full responsibility for any property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.

(12) Use of the hotel’s towels & linens for pets may incur additional charges.

(13) Pet-Friendly Areas shall be: guest rooms, main lobby and main entrance. Pets are not allowed in public areas where dining and food and beverage (concessionaire) is available.

(14) The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel grounds, and properly disposing of the waste at the designated disposal area.

(15) In no case shall a pet be left unattended by the guest. Pets are not allowed to be left inside the room without the owner / guest. The hotel does not offer “pet-sitting” services, and shall in no case be responsible to look after the guest’s pet.

(16) During room cleaning, the guest is requested to exit the room with their pet.

(17) Pets are required to check-out with the guest. Any pets which are left inside the room after check-out shall be considered abandoned and reported to the animal welfare authorities.

(18) Guests agree to sign a waiver during check-in, which shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
