Upon confirmation of payment, all reservations shall be deemed final, non-refundable, and non-modifiable. This policy shall remain in full effect under all circumstances, including but not limited to guest-initiated cancellations, failure to check in (no-shows), requests for changes to reservation dates, or any other amendments to the original booking. An exemption may be granted in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond the control of the hotel, including but not limited to acts of nature (such as typhoons, earthquakes, or floods), government-mandated closures, or other operational disruptions directly impacting your stay.
We collect and use your information in accordance with our privacy policy. If you choose to sign up for Red Planet Hotels membership by filling in the fields marked with (*), you'll be notified by email after completing your stay and asked to confirm your enrolment.
Safe deposit boxes are provided in the room to store your valuables. The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables kept in the safe deposit box. The hotel is not responsible for any articles left in the guest room or public areas of the hotel. Neither will the hotel be responsible for any items left in vehicles at the hotel parking area.
NON-SMOKING policy is strictly in place everywhere inside the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and the lobby. Designated smoking areas (if available) are located on the ground floor or the second-floor parking area. ELECTRONIC cigarettes and vaporisers (e-cigarettes and vapes) are also prohibited in the NON-smoking policy. For each infringement of this policy, the hotel reserves the right to charge a non-negotiable minimum fine of PHP 2,000 as prescribed by Executive Order NO. 26. Such amount may change pursuant to law\/ordinance being implemented by the Local Government.
All damages, including linen stains and breakages or damage of any furniture and fixtures in the hotel, will be charged accordingly. Bringing in of FIREARMS, HEATING ELEMENTS, COOKING UTENSILS, PETS (except for a Pet friendly hotel), PUNGENT-SMELLING FOOD such as DURIAN, MARANG, JACKFRUIT, or DRIED FISH is strictly prohibited in this hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge a non-negotiable minimum fine of PHP 2,000.00 for each infringement of this policy.
Irrespective of billing instruction and arrangements, I agree that I am personally liable to settle the penalties for each time I do not comply with the said policies. Settlement of these penalties will either be done in cash OR agreed with the hotel to directly charge the credit card presented at check-in. I agree that full settlement will be done on or before check out.
